Recognized Chapters

Recognized Chapters

All recognized fraternities and sororities have worked hard to earn their official status. These organizations have the privilege to be recognized by the university, and participate in various campus events.

Fraternity & Sorority Affairs
Fraternity & Sorority Affairs On the New Brunswick campus you'll find over 80 fraternities and sororities ranging from the "traditional" to historically African-American, Latino/a, Multicultural and Asian-interest. You'll find opportunities to live in a chapter house (as early as your second semester) and you'll also find opportunities for friendship and academic support. As a member, you will create lifelong friendships, strengthen academic skills in a small group, grow through leadership and service in a community with shared values, make valuable connections to the larger fraternity and sorority community and the university, and lastly, have fun!
