What is the Interfraternity Council (IFC)?
The Interfraternity Council (IFC) is a programming body representing over 25 member fraternities at Rutgers University. The IFC consists of an Executive Board and the Presidents’ Council composed of the chapter president of each member fraternity. It is our goal to provide our community with any assistance they might need while promoting the fraternal movement at Rutgers.
We strive to promote excellence in all aspects of fraternity life – as scholars, servants, leaders and friends. The fraternities work together to help the entire Fraternity and Sorority community better achieve its common goal of membership development and service to the Rutgers and New Brunswick Communities. Serving the IFC provides an arena in which members are able to strengthen and enhance the quality of Greek life on campus.
